Not bad server, TONS of players / competition. Good for people who likes to compete alot for cards / bosses / equips. Economy is terrible ... guilds competition is FIERCE when it comes to WOE. Overall I'd say join the server and try playing it, definitely worth it.

An absolutely enjoyable and fun to play with. Though I got average ping and laggy sometimes bec. Im in Asia but I can say this is a stable server, Im playing it like everyday and anytime. I got a lot of friends here, GM's are very strict but that's fair and square to everybody. WOE here is very enjoyable, it's my favorite part. The only thing that is below my satisfaction is the lack of events. All in all it's a good server :)

i started playing in this server since 2008 and until now im still an active player.. i can honestly say that this is a fun and wonderful server.. brilliant players some are friendly and some are not.. GMs are very helpful just ask them nicely.. though they are rarely hosting an event these days.. but still youll find this server worth playing especially during woe.. to sum it all up this is one of the server that you will not remove in your computer.. - Kat Von D

serioully... the blackout sever is getting a bit ok... well the chracter stat should up alittle so we can have abit point to train... btw the place ... you guys should put on PVP mode to all fild... kinda be fun if we see and kill those who framing ... mostly like mjolnir_03 they framin day so eays to disturb them .. so GM's if can is nice to have a PVP mode open area to all fild .. that was my coment ... I've played in this server for a month and these are my opinions about BRO: 1. Nice equipment (A lot of wings, Headgear, & other custom eq) 2. Archer become very powerful here. I can't help it ^^ 3. There is woe for 2nd job.(I hope BRO will provide woe for 3rd job) I have a comment for "Rate My Server" too. When i read server info, there is incomplete info. There are no detail about "equip drop, card drop, MVP eq drop, MVP card drop, & Max ASPD" for BlackoutRO. New Player needs detail info.thx

English spoken server and yet Filipino language spoken all the time, right in front of your face. The Server does not update very often, perhaps only one or twice in a year. Online population keeps decreasing due to lack of new experiences. Events? Almost none nowdays. However, balance between classes or items are quite well sorted except that some classes require donation items as a must, to compete others.

I've been playing the server for about 4 years now and I haven't played or tried another one since. I've been through a lot in this server and have gotten to know many people and this server definitely feels like home. There is mostly filipinos in the server, but the server is English speaking. Sometimes they can get annoying, but eventually you learn to love them. Staff is great most of them are friendly unless you're stupid or rude to them. Overall great server and has many loyal players.

8 for stability because unbalanced 3rd jobs, but separation of 2nd and 3rd jobs. The server sometimes gets problems with the login server. People in bRO are generally nice, but once you join a WOE guild, you'll see alot of trash talkers. Hardly any events anymore. Rare big events like once in a month. bRO WOULD HAVE BEEN OKAY if not for the Biased, Hypocrytical GMs. You'll get banned if you tick them off, or for using macro programs, that they themselves use. They'll ban others but not friends.

This server is wors than before. The m didnt help anything, i had problem with login sent to GM a email. They jus said i cant do anything, that is it. So sad fr that. this server just concerntabo vote n donation. it s not important for vote n donation if Gm work hard but it i not like that, it made players dunt want to vote for u n donate for waste moneys.

they say the server has a very strong anti-boting system but i bo see alot of ppl boting for MVP and boss class card and the most bot can be found is in pay_dun04 they botting for gold and i did't see gm taking any action on them. it will be the few of the best ro in the world if they solve all the botting problem. GM also is a problem because i in the game for so long i nv see a gm on9. Furtheremore, their link in their web page is broken for week but they nv fix it
